What to expect
Our sessions will be on Zoom and will embody the concepts I use like ‘The 3 heal together’. I believe that health coaches, wellness coaches and life coaches have a lot in common. A core goal of all of us is transformation. If you’re here, you’re likely seeking some kind of transformation. But lasting transformation comes from within, and not from someone telling us what to do.
My focus in our sessions will be to help you uncover your own desires for your health and your life, and then guide you towards the transformation required to achieve your goals.
Learning
about you
I will begin the 1st session by asking you to give me more details about what brought you here.
What is the health issue currently troubling you?
I will then ask for us to dive deeper:
Recurring mind or body events - What are some health events like emotional stress or physical pain that are recurring in your life?
Energy - How is your current energetic health? Are there any triggers that you’ve noticed that affect your energy?
Goals - What are your goals and desires for your life, health and beyond?
History - What are some major life events that have affected your health - physical injuries, hardships, emotional traumas, etc.
One of the goals here will be to start drawing your awareness to the ways your history, mind, body and energy issues may be inter-related. To draw the connections that you may not have in the past, deepening your own awareness of the mind-body-energy connections. This awareness that you build will only sharpen in time, and last you a lifetime.
Zooming in –
Tackling your specific issue
We will then begin focusing on your specific issue. If you request for it, I will gladly share knowledge that may be useful to you for dealing with your particular issue, whether it’s diet related, or physical pain, energetic health, etc. If there are physical pains you’re having, we can start exploring techniques to help you. We can also spend more time on this in future sessions.
Our objective will be to try to identify an action or a small goal we can work towards on your issue.
Zooming out –Goals and pillars of health
Next, we’ll zoom out and talk about the big picture - your goals and desires for your health and life. We’ll circle back to awareness of mind-body-energy connections, and start to imagine a roadmap for how you might get there, one step at a time.
I’ll also talk through the importance of the pillars of health like diet, mental health, sleep, etc. and various techniques that we can use to address these.
Sometimes this can help you achieve the transformation you’re really looking for, but it’s not on your radar.
Ultimately, I want to empower you with tools and techniques you can use to live a more relaxed, pain-free, energetic, and joyful life!
