Concepts we’ll follow
What to expect
Here are the 6 core concepts we’ll follow
1.
The 3 heal together
The mind, body and energy all follow this arc of healing, where one helps the other heal. When we heal one of these, the others benefit as well. The 3 become one connected whole.
2.
Healing can be simple
Healing doesn’t have to be complicated. You don’t need to learn a million techniques. You just need to let your guard down so we can get to the core of what is troubling you
3.
Zooming in and zooming out
By zooming into what our mind, body or energy are telling us, we can deepen our self-awareness. For example, you’re struggling right now with how food is making you feel, or some pain you have in your body. If this is bothering you the most, then our instinct is to follow our intuition to fix this. That is a good thing.
But also knowing how to zoom out, to see how excessive self-awareness of your issue may be affecting your energy for example, or how you may have missed something that can help you, is equally important.
4.
Your true desires And goals are revealed
Sometimes we might be stuck. For example – “I don’t like my job, but what job should I get”? Your true desires and goals are revealed as you ‘surrender’ to peace within you and let your guard down, and as you start to feel better in your mind, body and energy.
Thinking long and hard about what we should do is often not the best approach with major life decisions.
5.
Healing requires getting on with life
Yes, sometimes we need to pause in order to reflect for change to happen. But sometimes the best thing we can do to heal is to move forward with our goals and dreams in life.
6.
No single technique solves all your problems
I’ve yet to meet a single person for whom a single wellness technique healed them into perfect health. It takes a daily practice of multiple techniques, and exploring different techniques over time, that progresses us. But there’s a balance to be reached with how much time we spend on this. We’ll strike a balance between getting to the core of what’s troubling you, and wellness techniques that make you feel better.
Other important distinctions that I may refer to in our sessions
An understanding of something theoretically is not enough to institute change in us. We have to practice it, and internalize it.
Theory vs. practice
Everyone’s diet requirements are slightly different, bodies are a little different, life experiences are different as well. We all have different needs and that’s also why no single technique works for everyone. By figuring out our individual needs, we can progress faster towards wellness.
Individuality of needs
Happiness is obtained externally from things, events. Joy emanates from within and grows as your health of mind, body & spirit improves. Through our work, you will naturally cultivate more joy internally, so you’ll find that you’re more consistently ‘happier’/content with life.
Joy vs. happiness
We were always whole to begin with. This is something we all intuitively feel, that kids have a pure heart, unaltered by the harsh world we live in. Through our work of reconciling the persona & shadow, mind & body, and self and environment, we will re-discover that pureness in us, and joy. And in doing so, we’ll see that we were already whole and connected to everything around us, we just had clouds that were blocking us from seeing so.

What my past clients have to say
-
Isabel T
Neil is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about helping people improve their lives. I learned so much from him about health, meditation, inner work, patience, and more. He helped me work through one of the hardest times of my life, both physically and mentally. I was struggling with a pinched nerve issue and he helped me try various techniques to resolve the issue. He taught me about trigger point therapy and self-massage techniques that I still do daily. He also assisted me through making tough life decisions, like closing my business, and moving to a new city, and helped me work through relationship issues with my family. I could go on, but this is getting a bit long. I am forever grateful for the time I spent with Neil because he changed my life forever, in the best possible ways. The knowledge, the health practices, and the meditation practices I have learned for him have made my life so much easier and happier. I highly recommend working with Neil if you want to change your life, or if you need someone to guide you on your health journey. You will not regret it!
