What to expect
Here are some ways to know if my coaching will be a good fit, if you have experienced some of these:
You suffer from the following troubles with your mind
Overthinking things, not being able to relax, low self-esteem, sensitivity to criticism, trying to please people, conflict with friends and family, etc.
You can’t figure out what diet to follow
Should I eat more fruit? I hate eating veggies! I keep hearing this stuff about being plant-based, but I love a good steak! Etc.
You suffer from physical ailments
Fatigue, chronic pain, allergies, migraines, etc.
You suffer from feeling tired often, having low energy
You desire to lose weight or build a better body, but don’t want to damage your health in doing so. You wish to do it in a sustainable way, to achieve total body wellness
You use plant medicine, but have trouble figuring out how to balance these with your wellness journey
Maybe you’ve been working on your health for a while, but now you’ve hit a plateau.
For example with diet, you’re feeling better, but now you’re eating a very restrictive diet and you want to figure out how to feel less restricted
Or maybe you’ve worked through body pains, but now you’re gotten more ambitious and want to be even more pain free in your entire body
Or maybe you’ve made some changes to improve your life like changing career, or relationship, or friends, or habits, but now you want to take your wellness to the next level.
Maybe you obsess about health and self-improvement to a fault, and you want a better balance
If the following statements relate to you, my coaching may not be the best fit:
You’re prioritizing gaining large amounts of muscle over total body wellness
Losing weight is more important to you than total body wellness and you want the fastest results
You have very progressive medical conditions that may be outside of my expertise to handle
You want a quick fix, the 1 technique that is going to solve all your problems
