Hi, I’m Neil.

I’m a health coach in my late 30s and live in Long Beach, California. Through my life I’ve suffered from migraines, asthma, allergies, chronic pain, addiction, stress, depression, multiple injuries, nerve damage, digestion, trauma and self-esteem issues. Over the years, I’ve healed myself from these. Today, I do yoga, run, surf, paddleboard, and I’m in the best health of my life in my mind, body & energy.

I too once sought out specialists like medical doctors, psychotherapy, internal family systems therapists, nutritionists, personal trainers, energy healers, acupuncturists, just to name a few. They helped, but somehow I kept stumbling with my health, making a little progress, then getting big setbacks. And I couldn’t figure out how to make sense of it all, until I learnt how to build my mind, body and energy connections to take control of my own health.

I have a passion for healing others, am a lifelong student of health, and always seek to see the truth and wisdom in each health practice. Using my skills that I’ve gathered from years of teaching classes, I consolidate the knowledge that I’ve learnt into practical actions you can take. My teaching and mentoring experience enable me to be an effective mentor to drive you to action, and to inspire hope in you.

The truth is,
there is no single technique to fix all of our problems.

  • Talk therapy can relieve immediate troubles, but is insufficient on its own to heal mind, body & spirit

  • Eating a good diet can help you feel better, but it’s only one piece of the puzzle

  • Exercise can rejuvenate you, but this may feel temporary without other wellness approaches

  • Yoga can help your body and mind feel better, but you may need other techniques for total wellness

  • Friends and Family can really help relieve our stress and bring us love and joy, but can also cause us stress if we approach these relationships in unhealthy ways

  • Travel & Adventure is transformative, but can also feel like an escape if not done in balance with the rest of our desires

  • Meditation can unfold an ocean of peace within you, but you may find that when you awake from your meditation, you still struggle to find peace in your busy life

When we continue in the ways that are deteriorating our health, knowing we could feel better yet not taking action on it, we do more than just affect our physical health. We harm our spirit, diminish our joy and zest for life, and suffer emotionally.

I will help you see the things you’re not seeing with your health. The connections with your mind, body and energy that you may not be aware of.

I’ll meet you where you are right now - there’s a pain in your hip, you’re having bloating, etc. Our sessions will be practical. We’ll start there, and simultaneously focus on overall healing of mind-body-energy connections, which will give you a roadmap of how your health will continue to improve over time.

I’ll help bring clarity to the health knowledge you have gathered, and how you can use it in the most effective way to sustain transformation in yourself.

Lastly, I’ll drive you to action. Identifying key actions you need to take after each session to get to new levels of health.

Ultimately, my goal is to empower you with the awareness to be the author of your own good health for the rest of your life.
